PURPOSE: A bypass conductor apparatus for the lightening current discharge of the floating loop type oil storing tank is provided to rapidly discharge the lightening current through the earth of the lower part of a tank. CONSTITUTION: A bypass conductor (130) is coiled or uncoiled to a spring winder (110) in which one end of the bypass conductor is fixed and the spring winder is fixed to the upper part of a tank (101). The other end of the bypass conductor is connected to a floating loop (150). When the floating loop moves up and down, the bypass conductor is tensely maintained by the tensile force of a plate spring (120), which is coiled to the spring winder. The bypass conductor electrically connects the tank and the floating loop. The bypass conductor discharges the lightening current through an earth (G) of the lower part of the tank. |
