PURPOSE: A vehicular floor mat and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve productivity by using existing pre-heating facilities without remodeling and to resolve problems about the vulnerable properties of a floor mat in processing temperatures. CONSTITUTION: A vehicular floor mat and a manufacturing method thereof comprises a carpet (1), an adhesive powder (3), chemical nonwoven fabric (4), and highly rigidity nonwoven fabric (2). The adhesive powder is coated and welded on the bottom surface of the carpet. The chemical nonwoven fabric is attached to the bottom surface of the adhesive powder. The chemical nonwoven fabric is formed with a through-hole. The chemical nonwoven fabric is made of a PE film layer (71) and a PET layer (70). The highly rigidity nonwoven fabric is integrated with the bottom surface of the chemical nonwoven fabric. The highly rigidity nonwoven fabric is needle-punched. |
