PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device that secures a stable amount of toner to be supplied to a developing device, regardless of intervals of toner to be supplied from toner supply means.SOLUTION: The image forming device includes: toner supply means; toner collection means for collecting transfer residual toner; collected toner conveyance means for conveying the collected toner to a developing device; toner density detection means; toner supply time calculation means for calculating toner supply time on the basis of the detected toner density; lapse time calculation means for calculating lapse time from the start of the last toner supply of the toner supply means to the detection of the toner density; determination means for determining a change in the amount of toner to be conveyed on the basis of the lapse time and the last toner supply time; a toner supply means control part that supplies toner from the toner supply means to the developing device for the toner supply time calculated; and a collected toner conveyance means control part that changes the amount of toner to be conveyed by the collected toner conveyance means, on the basis of determination of the determination means. |
