PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame retardant that contains tris (2,3-dibromopropyl) isocyanurate and can reduce a color difference of polyester-based fiber products between the case where the polyester-based fiber product is subjected to a dyeing process without the flame retardant and the case where the polyester-based fiber product is subjected to a dyeing process with the flame retardant.SOLUTION: A flame-retardant for polyester-based fiber comprises an aqueous dispersion containing tris (2,3-dibromopropyl) isocyanurate and a phenol-formaldehyde condensate-based anionic surfactant (A) represented by formula (1) and the content of the anionic surfactant (A) is 5 to 40 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the tris (2,3-dibromopropyl) isocyanurate. |
