NON-CONTACT POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM FOR ILLUMINATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact power supply system for illumination, capable of dimming a lighting fixture without contacting.SOLUTION: A non-contact power supply system 1 for illumination includes: a lighting fixture 4 having a light source 9; an arm portion 3 connected to the lighting fixture 4 at one end portion; and a base portion 2 for holding the other end portion 3a of the arm portion 3. The base portion 2 holds the arm portion 3 so as to rotate in a circumferential direction of the arm portion 3. The base portion 2 is provided with a power feeding coil 5 through which current passes. At the other end portion 3a of the arm portion 3, a power receiving coil 6 capable of receiving power by the power feeding coil 5 in a non-contact manner by electromagnetic induction due ot a magnetic field generated in the power feeding coil 5 is provided. The power receiving coil 6 is electrically connected to the light source 9 through a lighting device for lighting the light source 9. Shapes of the power feeding coil 5 and the power receiving coil 6 are formed so as to change a magnetic flux amount crossing the power receiving coil 6 when the arm portion 3 is rotated in the circumferential direction.
