PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator hardly causing micro vibration to a movable body in movement while carrying a mounted object even when the movable body is moved at high speed and suddenly accelerated or decelerated.SOLUTION: An actuator includes a driving pulley 1 rotationally driven by a motor 9; a driven pulley 2; an endless belt 3 stretched between both pulleys 1, 2; a guide rail 4; and a movable body 5 linearly moving along the guide rail 4 in association with the rotation of the endless belt 3. The movable body 5 and the endless belt 3 are connected at the center of the movable body 5. A width direction left side face of the movable body 5 is provided with a mounting part 6 for mounting a mounted object 11, and a width direction right side face is provided with an arm 7 for installing a balance weight 12. The balance weight 12 is installed at the tip part of the arm 7 to adjust the center-of-gravity position of the movable body 5. The center-of-gravity 40 of the whole movable body 5 including the mounted object 11, the balance weight 12 and the arm 7 thereby coincides with a driving point 30 of the movable body 5. |
