PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more effectively remove dust.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus comprises: a support member for supporting a moving device; vibration means for vibrating an optical member installed on the front surface of the imaging device; and control means for controlling the vibration by the vibration means. The control means controls the vibration means to vibrate the optical member and the support member with two types of frequencies deviated from a first frequency near the characteristic frequency of the optical member by a portion of a second frequency near the characteristic frequency of the support member.
