PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell separator coated with a carbon-based conductive layer and having low initial contact resistance and contact resistance after an accelerated endurance test.SOLUTION: In a fuel cell separator 1, a carbon-based conductive layer 3 is coated on a base material 2 comprising pure titanium or a titanium alloy. When the carbon-based conductive layer 3 is analyzed by Raman spectroscopy, peaks of a D-band and a G-band are obtained, an intensity ratio (D/G ratio) between the obtained D-band peak and the obtained G-band peak is 0.10 or more and 1.0 or less, and a half-value width of the D-band is 60 cmor more. |
