PURPOSE: A gamma voltage generating apparatus and an organic light emitting device including the same are provided to improve display quality of the organic light emitting device by preventing the generation of a leakage current. CONSTITUTION: A voltage dividing unit (520) generates a first through an nth voltage which are aligned in the sequence of high electric potential. A gamma voltage output unit (530) receives the first through the nth voltage, and outputs a first through an nth gamma voltage which are aligned in the sequence of high electric potential. In the first mode, the first through the nth voltage are equal to the first through the nth gamma voltage respectively. In the second mode, each of the first through the nth gamma voltage is higher than each of the first through the nth voltage.
