PURPOSE: An initial control point of a set plate shoe is arranged on the outer wall of a rail, and an additional rail section is unnecessary so that an installation structure of a set plate of a vehicle sunroof can reduce the thickness of a rail with the single stage rail. CONSTITUTION: An installation structure of a set plate of a vehicle includes a rail, a slider, a coulisse, the set plate, and an overmold (200). The rail is installed on a side in order to control a front frame and a rear frame individually installed on the front and the rear of an opening of a roof panel of the vehicle. The slider slides on the rail forward and backward. The coulisse is moved with the slider and is rotated at a predetermined angle according to the forward and backward movements of the slider. The set plate is inserted into the rail and initially controls the front of the coulisse when the moving glass is opened. The set plate has a single control groove which is a control point of the coulisse. The overmold is connected to the coulisse and includes a set plate shoe (210) capable of being inserted into the control groove.
