PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost and high efficiency thermoelectric conversion unit or thermoelectric conversion device consisting of any one of P type or N type thermoelectric conversion element.SOLUTION: The thermoelectric conversion unit comprises: first and second thermoelectric conversion elements consisting of any one of P type or N type; and a first switch including first and second terminals and performing electrical switching between the first and second terminals. The first and second thermoelectric conversion elements have, respectively, one end placed at a predetermined temperature and the other end placed at a temperature lower than the predetermined temperature. The other end of the first thermoelectric conversion element is connected electrically with the first terminal of the first switch, and one end of the second thermoelectric conversion element is connected electrically with the second terminal of the first switch. |
