FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas drying and compression. Proposed device comprises compressor with one side including interconnected compressor elements to make first low-pressure stage and one or more high-pressure stages interconnected by pressure pipe. On opposite side, it includes outlet pipe with outlet cooler built therein. It comprises also drying device with drying section and recovery diction. Note also that drying section is filled with desiccant and has inlet communicated with compressor outlet pipe and outlet that doubles as compressed and dried gas feed outlet. Recovery section absorbs moisture from desiccant by recovery gas forced via inlet and outlet and recovery pipe connected to inlet. Portion of recovered gas is heated by gas-gas heat exchange with primary part built in recovery pipe and secondary part arranged in pressure pipe between low- and high-pressure stages whereto gas is fed from compressor pressure side.EFFECT: efficient gas compression and drying, lower costs.19 cl, 6 dwg |
