FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: device to join elements of building structures by means of rope braces comprises joined structures with through channels of cylindrical or conical form and grooves in one of them and connection bushings in the other one, and flexible braces from the rope pulled through the specified holes and screwed into the connection bushings and facilities for fixation of rope brace ends in the specified grooves, bushing keys with inserts from rolled iron. Facilities of brace ends fixation are made as capable of controlled force of rope tension by means of a helical joint. Cavities in joined structures in assembled condition are filled with fine-grained concrete, the brace rope may be freely located in channels in joined structures, or holes may be partially or fully filled with a "cement paste". Steel inserts in the specified bushing keys have through holes in walls for provision of even filling of the bushing key cavity with the cement paste as it is injected into the bushing key cavity, and paste injection may be performed via one of holes in the insert walls.EFFECT: reduced labour intensiveness of assembly, increased reliability and strength of joined structures due to availability of rope brace tension control under impact and seismic loads, reduction of requirements to accuracy of assembly.2 cl, 11 dwg |
