A method for obtaining paste-like melted cheese includes mixing cheese with melting salts, a fat component and melting the mixture. Nonfat lactic cheese is used as the cheese adding flavouring additives and nonfat dry milk, heat-resistant palm-kernel oil is used as the fat component, sodium citrate is used as the melting salt, and an agaroid solution is added to give the predetermined texture. |
