METHOD FOR PREDICTING COMPLICATIONS OF UROGENITAL CHLAMIDIOSIS

A method for predicting the complications of the urogenital chlamidiosis comprises the detection of the serotypes of the causative agent and typing of DNA according to gene polymorphism. When D-K serotype is revealed, the number of tyrosine domains of the genes of actin-recruiting translocated protein is assessed. When at least six such domains are detected, the increased probability of the complications of the urogenital chlamidiosis is predicted.
