A sub-base or a lower face (201) is coated with an adhesive layer (3) for fixing of the ornament part on a receiving surface. The fastener exceeds a central part of the body. A recess (4) of the body is placed between the central part and a circumference zone such that the body comes out of a guard of the fastener around the central part.
