PURPOSE: A touch screen panel (TSP) for a display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce weights and thickness by removing a window cover and an adhesive film. CONSTITUTION: First electrodes (RS) are arranged to a first direction on the surface of a circuit board, and an insulation layer covers the first electrodes. A contact hole (CH) exposes a part of the first electrodes. Second electrodes (TS) are formed on the insulation layer and are arranged to a second direction. A hard coating layer (HC2) is formed on other surfaces of the circuit board, and the insulation layer is formed with the same material as a hard coating layer. The insulation layer and the hard coating layer are formed with ultraviolet hardening resin or thermal-hardening resin.
