INSULATION SPRAYING DEVICE FOR OVERHEAD BARE WIRE

An insulation spraying device for an overhead bare wire comprises two suspenders arranged on a travelling hanger (6). Travelling wheels are arranged at head portions of the two suspenders; the travelling wheels travel on the overhead bare wire (1) through travel grooves on wheel faces; an output shaft of a traction motor (8) is mechanically connected to an input end of a gear transmission mechanism (9), and an output end of the gear transmission mechanism is meshed with a driving gear that is fixedly arranged on a front wheel shaft (4). A dovetail support (17) is fixedly arranged at the rear end of the travelling hanger, and an insulating paint nozzle (18) is arranged at both tail ends of the dovetail support. The device uniformly sprays insulating paint on the overhead bare wire by using a pneumatic mechanism, thereby solving the wire-tree contradiction, avoiding the electricity stealing, reducing the cost, and lowering the construction difficulty.
