PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange ventilation unit enabling selection of connection of an operation means or a control means.SOLUTION: A control device is for a heat exchange ventilation unit which is provided with a relay as a motor drive circuit 4 for performing operation/stopping of an air supply fan motor 2 for supplying outdoor air into a room and an exhaust fan motor 3 for discharging indoor air to the outside of the room, intercepting means 5a, 5b provided within the air supply fan motor 2 and the exhaust fan motor 3 for intercepting by an overcurrent or heating, and abnormality detection circuits 6a, 6b connected in series to the intercepting means 5a, 5b and configured so that a commercial power supply is applied to an electromagnetic coil of the relay as an electromagnetic switch for detecting abnormality of the air supply fan motor 2 and the exhaust fan motor 3, to which an operation mean 11 for operating the motor drive circuit 4 and displaying detection of the abnormality detection circuits 6a, 6b and a control means 19 connected to a remote controller as an operation device 11 and capable of performing timer operation and complicated operation control can be connected, and with which a necessary function can be obtained according to a usage type of an installation location. |
