The invention relates to a concrete matrix that is flexible in two dimensions, called a 2D matrix, formed by a matrix of cylindrical concrete elements with round ends that are transversely and longitudinally interconnected by means of a copolymer cable that enables a certain amount of articulation between the elements so that the matrix can adjust to the contour of the piping to be protected or to the edge of rivers, lakes or large seas.
