<p>The element (10) has a bifurcated contact (12) comprising two fork tongues (14, 16), where a clamping slot (18) is formed between the two fork tongues. The fork tongues are reset against each other in resetting directions (R1, R2) during insertion of an electrical blade contact into the clamping slot. Two supporting tabs (22, 24) are arranged beside the fork tongues such that the fork tongues abut at the supporting tabs after resetting of the fork tongues around a predetermined maximum spring travel. The bifurcated contact is made of a sheet metal. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an electrical device (2) a bifurcated contact device.</p> |
