<p>An overfreight alarming and shutting down device of a passenger car. The device comprises components such as a controller, an alarm, a passenger passing sensor, a counter, a storage, an input panel, and a switch group. The passenger passing sensor is installed on a door of the car. When a passenger enters the door of the car, the counter continuously receives a passenger increase signal sent by the sensor. After the number of passengers added by the counter exceeds the rated passenger number of the passenger car, an overfreight alarm is triggered. Moreover, a power circuit and a throttle of the passenger car are cut off automatically, and the passenger car is shut down, so the passenger car cannot be started and the door cannot be closed. As long as passengers get off, and after the counting result of the counter falls to the rated passenger loading number, the alarm can be removed and the power of the passenger car can be recovered. Furthermore, the alarming and shutting down device has its own power supply, has an anti-damage property and a self-detection function, can prevent artificial or natural damages, and can find and remove a fault in time if the fault occurs, so the problem of overfreight running of the passenger car is solved effectively.</p> |
