PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a permanent magnet in which magnetic property is improved and the quantity of dysprosium and/or terbium to be used is reduced.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a permanent magnet includes a step for forming a coating powder 14 by forming, according to physical vapor deposition, a coating 12 containing a component selected from a group comprised of dysprosium, terbium, iron and an alloy thereof, to an alloy powder 10 containing neodymium, iron, boron and other metals, a step for vibrating the alloy powder during the formation of the coating, and a step for forming a permanent magnet in which at least either dysprosium or terbium is dispersed non-uniformly, from the coating powder. |
