The apparatus has a chassis-side central device (2) which is associated in different axles of vehicle axis-tire pressure circuits, where a substrate is selectable from multiple predetermined number of different substrates, which are driven on trafficked or to-travel substrate by a vehicle, over one manually operable adjustment element. A corresponding number of predetermined control pressures is assigned to the two vehicle axis-tire pressure circuits over adjustment units of the predetermined number of different substrates.
