PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat-tubular solid oxide unit cell in which the manufacturing cost thereof may be decreased and the size thereof may be reduced, and a flat-tubular solid oxide fuel cell and a flat-tubular solid oxide electrolyzer which include the flat-tubular solid oxide unit cell.SOLUTION: A flat-tubular solid oxide unit cell comprises a negative electrode, an electrolyte layer, a positive electrode and a connecting member. In the flat-tubular solid oxide unit cell, the negative electrode is provided with a plurality of first gas passages therein; the positive electrode is provided so as to be laminated on the electrolyte layer coated on the negative electrode; and the connecting member 11 is provided on the surface of the electrolyte layer opposite to the surface on which the positive electrode is laminated. The connecting member includes a plurality of connecting parts 111, and the connecting parts are spaced apart from each other in a longitudinal direction of the unit cell in order to form a second gas passage.
