The present invention relates to a galenic form for the trans-mucosal delivery of at least one active ingredient, characterised in that said active ingredient is in a stable and full dissolution state in a hydro-alcoholic solution that comprises at least 20 mass % of alcohol so as to allow for a rapid absorption of said active ingredient through the mucous membranes of the oral cavity and/or the oropharynx. The invention also relates to the uses of the galenic form.
