PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a lamination solar cell which reduces the damage failure of solar cells when the multiple solar cells are laminated to be bonded.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a lamination solar cell according to this invention includes the steps of: placing a lamination body 40 in a pressure container 50; and bonding the lamination body 40 in the pressure container 50. The lamination body 40 includes: a first solar cell 20; a second solar cell 22; and an adhesive layer 30 formed between the first solar cell 20 and the second solar cell 22 and including conductive particles. In the process where the lamination body 40 is bonded in the pressure container 50, a high pressure gas G is introduced into the pressure container 50 and the laminated body 40 is pressurized by the high pressure gas G. The first solar cell 20 and the second solar cell 22 are electrically joined and bonded to each other through these pressurization steps.
