PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-open type packaging bag configured to improve easy-peeling characteristics and sealability with a simple configuration, and increase production volume.SOLUTION: A seal member 21 having a laminate structure arranged on the side of an opening part 14 in a bag member 11 and formed between both side portions in the bag member 11, comprises a lateral long tape-like low-adhesion layer 22 and a lateral long tape-like high-adhesion layer 23. An upper part of a surface of the low-adhesion layer 22 and a lower part of the surface of the low-adhesion layer are not adhered to the inner surface of one film 12. The upper part of a surface of the high-adhesion layer 23 and the lower part of the surface of the low-adhesion layer are not adhered to the inner surface of the other film 13. The upper end of the high-adhesion layer 23 is higher than the upper end of the low-adhesion layer 22. The lower end of the low-adhesion layer 22 is lower than the lower end of the high-adhesion layer 23. |
