PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear box in which securement of lubricity of a gear etc. and a decrease in oil volume can be both satisfied, and to provide a saddle-type vehicle including the same.SOLUTION: A gear box 30 includes a transmission case 80 formed with a gear chamber 88 in which oil 105 is reserved and a breather chamber 90 which is separated from the gear chamber 88 by a partition wall 92 and is located above the gear chamber 88. The partition wall 92 is formed with a breather chamber entrance 94 for allowing the gear chamber 88 and the breather chamber 90 to communicate with each other, The partition wall 92 of the transmission case 80 is provided with a first rib 110 which is arranged before the breather chamber entrance 94 and at least part of which is arranged directly above a secondary gear 72 and a second rib 115 which is arranged behind the breather chamber entrance 94 and at least part of which is arranged directly above a first main gear 75. |
