PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to receive another service through further communication with another communication device during communication with a certain communication device.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle device 1 can preferentially establish radio connection with a second communication device which has newly entered a communication area (s150) if communication with prescribed contents is not performed with a first communication device (s140: "no") even if radio connection with the first communication device is established (s130: "yes"). That is to say, if communication with the prescribed contents is performed with the first communication device (s140: "yes"), radio connection with the second communication device is not immediately established. Because communication regarding remote operation processing with the first communication device is defined, the on-vehicle device 1 can receive another service through communication with the second communication device on the condition that a remote operation function based on the remote operation processing is not prevented from being executed. |
