PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate an input voltage or an output voltage from a reactor current.SOLUTION: A voltage conversion device (12) includes: a reactor (L1); a first switching element (Q1) and a second switching element (Q2) each connected in series with the reactor; current detection means (18) for detecting a reactor current (IL) flowing through the reactor; change rate calculation means (313, 363) for calculating a rate of change (di/dt) in the reactor current; and voltage estimation means (314, 364) for estimating either voltage of an input voltage (VL) input into the first switching element and the second switching element and an output voltage (VH) output from the first switching element and the second switching element, by using the rate of change in the reactor current and an inductance (L) of the reactor. |
