DNA ANALYSIS MICRO-CHANNEL CHIP

A DNA analysis micro-channel chip having a structure in which a silicon layer (chip A) and a plastic layer (chip B) are layered. The DNA analysis micro-channel chip has a configuration characterized by: the micro-channel of chip A being provided with at least two serially connected PCR reactors, and filters between the PCR reactors; the micro-channel of chip B being provided with reagents, a fluid delivery mechanism, and a sensor; and the ability to change the reagents, the fluid delivery mechanism and the sensor according to the type of sample and the object to be detected.
