PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: in distributing box data in an image forming apparatus to another image forming apparatus, performing exporting and importing of data files for all real images requires a large amount of time, disc capacity, and network traffic.SOLUTION: In an image information distribution system, an image forming apparatus on a distribution source includes data distribution export control means for causing an external public folder to export external public folder information of the folder, and causing a non-external public folder to export image data file of the folder; and an image forming apparatus on a distribution destination includes data distribution import control means for registering the external public folder information as an external connection destination, and importing the image data file. |
