PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile station, a communication system, and a communication procedure capable of executing an appropriate operation corresponding to the factor of unsuccessful registration to an IMS.SOLUTION: UE 100 is capable of executing registration to an IMS 500 according to the Internet protocol. When the registration of the UE 100 to the IMS 500 is unsuccessful, the UE 100 determines whether the unsuccessful registration is caused by a temporary factor or a permanent factor, and determines an operation which has to be executed by the UE 100, on the basis of the determined temporary or permanent factor. |
