<p>The present invention relates to an inter prediction method in which reference picture lists can be changed. In addition, the present invention relates to a method for efficiently encoding information related to a change of a reference picture list and transmitting, receiving, and reading the encoded information. The inter prediction method according to one embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: determining whether there are limiting conditions on the sameness of reference picture lists of slices having the same slice type from among slices included in the same picture; determining if it is possible to change the reference picture lists in the same slice; and determining the reference picture list for the inter mode blocks.</p> |
