<p>A liquid crystal panel, a liquid crystal display device and a manufacturing method for the array substrate thereof are provided. The liquid crystal panel comprises a color filter substrate (2) and an array substrate (1) which are arranged at an interval. A plurality of pixel units (20) are arranged on the surface of the array substrate (1), close to the color filter substrate (2). A pixel unit (20) comprises a thin film transistor (200), a pixel electrode (201) and a through hole (202) for electrically connecting the thin film transistor (200) with the pixel electrode (201). At least one auxiliary hole (203) is formed between the pixel units (20) or in a pixel unit (20) and is formed together with the through hole (202) by a detecting etching end-point mode etching method. By the method mentioned above, a detecting voltage can be amplified so as to monitor the through hole (202) forming process more accurately and reliably to ensure the manufacturing quality of the through hole (202).</p> |
