PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent disconnection of fuse wiring due to vibration by optimizing a wiring pattern of a fuse and arranging a resin film for protecting the fuse.SOLUTION: A fuse plate includes: a metal plate; a connection part to be connected to a battery; a fuse part connecting the metal plate and the connection part; and an insulating resin film bonded to the fuse part. The fuse part is constituted of a wiring pattern having a bent portion, and the insulating resin film is a protective film covering one surface of the fuse part.
