PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a DC power supply device capable of being reduced in cost and size, causing no short-circuit accident and securing safety.SOLUTION: A bias power supply for applying positive and negative bias voltages to FETs 14 and 15 constituted using a wide bandgap semiconductor material so as to prevent the FETs from being improperly operated is realized not by using another power supply but by using a primary coil N1 having a transformer structure for a choke coil of a chopper circuit, and charging capacitors 21 and 22 (a, b) for positive and negative bias connected via diodes 26 and 27 to secondary coils N2 and N3 with intermediate taps corresponding to auxiliary coils added to the choke coil. Accordingly, there is obtained a DC power supply device capable of being reduced in cost and size, causing no short-circuit accident and securing safety. |
