<p>The invention is a machine (3) suited to process the sliding surface (2) of a ski (1), comprising: a grinding wheel (4) that defines a longitudinal axis (X); first power means suited to set the grinding wheel (4) rotating around the longitudinal axis (X); a guide unit (7) suited to move the ski (1) according to an advance direction (Y) maintaining the sliding surface (2) in contact with the grinding wheel (4); a tool (8) suited to be positioned in contact with the grinding wheel (4) so as to impress a groove on the cylindrical surface (5) of the grinding wheel (4) that is set rotating; second power means suited to move the tool (8) according to a direction of movement (Z) parallel to the longitudinal axis (X); a logic control unit configured so as to operate the first and the second power means in such a way as to move the tool (8) according to the direction of movement (Z) depending on the rotation angle of the grinding wheel (4). The second power means are configured so as to vary the processing depth of the tool (8) and the logic control unit is configured so as to operate the second power means in such a way as to vary the processing depth according to the rotation angle of the grinding wheel (4).</p> |
