<p>PURPOSE: A method for evaluating the restoring property of distributed computing by inducing latency and a system thereof are provided to evaluate the restoring property of the distributed computing service by inducing latency. CONSTITUTION: Active application components inside a network are identified. A first active application component is selected based on at least one selection standard from the active application components. A message transmitted by the first active application component is varied according to a defined variation rule. An effect for the second active application component induced by the varied message is determined by monitoring a second active application component included in the active application components.
