PURPOSE: An overlay welding device is provided to weld the curved surface of a workpiece at a position identical to the central axis of the workpiece. CONSTITUTION: An overlay welding device includes a base part, first frames (100), second frames, a movable part (400), jigs (500), and a chuck (300). The base part supports all loads of an overlay welding device, and a movable roller or rubber pad is installed in the lower part of the base part. In the upper part of the base part, the first frame is installed. The pair of first frames supports the load of a workpiece and rotates the workpiece on a first axis of rotation. The movable part can move in one side direction. The jigs are installed in the movable part and have welding devices for welding the surface of the workpiece. The pair of second frames rotates the workpiece on a second axis of rotation. The chuck is installed in one side of a second rotation gear in order to support the one side of the workpiece. |
