PURPOSE: An epoxy resin base electric heating composite film and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to have excellent flexibility and to have low electric resistance and an excellent heating property in comparison with an epoxy resin film. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an epoxy resin base electric heating composite film in which a carbon nanoparticle is introduced includes following processes. In a carbon nanoparticle mixing process, more than one carbon nanoparticle is selected in a group including a carbon nanotube and a grapheme, and the carbon nanoparticle is mixed with an epoxy compound and is dispersed. In a hardener adding process, a hardener is added to a mixture of the carbon nanoparticle and the epoxy compound and is dispersed. In a composite film molding process, the carbon nanoparticle, the epoxy compound and a hardener mixture are molded and hardened as a film.
