PURPOSE: A dust collecting device is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by decreasing the total height and space of the dust collecting device and supply high-pressure air to the upper side of a bag filter which are divided into two sections, thereby ensuring a cleansing task to be performed evenly in the bag filter. CONSTITUTION: A dust collecting device comprises: a cyclone body(10); a bag filter body(20); and a diaphragm structure(30). The cyclone body and bag filter body are integrally connected to form a cylinder body with an identical diameter. The diaphragm structure is extended from the inner boundary part of the cyclone body and bag filter body to the inner side of the cylinder body. The diaphragm structure divides the cylinder body into the upper part and the lower part.
