<p>The method involves passing a scrubbing solution for absorption in counterflow with a fed biogas through an absorber unit (1), and regenerating a loaded scrubbing liquid by desorption. The loaded scrubbing liquid is heated to a temperature, at which liberation of carbon di-oxide begins after the absorption. The loaded scrubbing liquid is fed to a centrifugal separator (11) for separating off the gas phase from the liquid phase. The methane and dissolved fractions of carbon di-oxide escape by the gas phase. The gas phase is passed into the absorber unit, the liquid phase is heated at the temperature necessary for desorption, and is fed it to a desorption unit (16) for regeneration, after separation. An independent claim is included for a device for the execution of carbon dioxide removal method.</p> |
