<p>Disclosed is a resin-coated metal plate which has a resin layer mainly comprising polyester on both sides of the plate. When the plate is formed into a container, the resin that coats the inner surface of the container shows a surface free energy against water of 30 mN/m or higher. The container manufactured from the plate is excellent in content release property even when the content contains a large amount of a protein.</p>
