[Class 40 (v)] In a press-button tuned wireless receiving set a press-button is only effective if the wave change switch is set to the band which includes the required station. The press-buttons may be duplicated for remote control. The circuit of motor M which drives the tuning mechanism of the receiver includes wiper 4a which is set by the wave-change switch so that if a button say B3 is operated the motor circuit is completed only if the wiper 4a is in the appropriate position, i.e., the long-wave position LW. Press-button B12 connects the wave-change contacts to the remote control equipment. |
