An articulated hand prosthesis (20) having a metacarpus (21) extending along a metacarpal plane (M-M), a one thumb finger (2) having a proximal phalanx (22) rotatably connected to the metacarpus (21) and an index finger (3) having a proximal phalanx (23) rotatably connected to the metacarpus (21), comprising flexion means (30) suitable for making the index finger (3) rotate around a flexion axis (4) substantially parallel to the metacarpal plane (M-M); adduction means (40) suitable for making the thumb finger (2) rotate around an adduction axis (73) substantially parallel to the metacarpal plane (M-M), and inclined in relation to the flexion axis (4); an electric motor (24) integrated in the prosthesis (20); movement motion transmission means (50) between the electric motor (24) and the flexion (30) and adduction (40) means configured to control in a substantially selective manner said flexion means (30) and said adduction means (40). |
