PURPOSE: A user interface (UI) method which rotates an activation window within a computer screen is provided to improve readability and availability of a window by rapidly rotating the activation window at a right angle with a simple operation of a mouse. CONSTITUTION: An operation area in which an activation window is included is set up on a computer screen. If the click of a mouse is sensed in the state that the click is positioned on the operation area, a path of cursor which moves while maintaining the click is traced until a tracing end-point. If the path of the cursor is an arc form, the activation window is rotated at a right angle to a direction which is matched to a circling direction of the cursor. The tracing end-point is a time point in which a set tracing time passes, a time point in which a moving speed of the cursor degraded under a standard speed or a click state of the mouse is cancelled.
