PURPOSE: An information sending method and a system thereof are provided to send desired information through a popup window before or after talking on a smartphone. CONSTITUTION: Information is provided to inform a current operation state of a smartphone by transmitting an information sender phone number to a server when a calling signal is detected (101). A kind of exposed information is stored according to a situation of a database, the database is searched according to the information provided by the smartphone, and the database is displayed in the smartphone in real time after considering a communications method with the smartphone (102). Real-time transmitted information from the server is exposed according to a resolution of the smartphone (103). Information exposed to a smartphone user including information exposed time and a motion like clicking is transmitted to the server (104). The information exposed time, an information exposed date and user information are stored in the database in order to use the database as materials or report the database to an information provider or an administrator (105). A designated signal which is different from a sending signal requests information from the server (201).
