PURPOSE: A vehicle speed sensor assembly and an assembly method thereof are provided to conveniently fixing a speed sensor to a transmission body by configuring a speed sensor into a single assembly. CONSTITUTION: More than two assemblies(200) consist of a mold frame(210), an upper housing(220) and a lower housing(230). The upper housing is engaged with an upper part of the mold frame. The upper housing has a fixing unit(222) in one side. The lower housing is engaged with a lower part of the upper housing. The lower housing accommodates the mold frame. A cable assembly(300) is electrically connected to the more than two sensor assemblies. The cable assembly is connected to an external power supply. A cover mold(400) is over-molded to surround a connection part of the sensor assembly and cable assembly. |
